Presidio Roofing Company was born in Denton and though we are now a state-wide company with offices across Texas, we hold a deeper connection and appreciation for the city of Denton. It was in neighborhoods like Forrestridge, Montecito, and Southridge where some of our very first residential roof replacements occurred and it was near UNT and the Denton Square where we performed our first commercial roof replacements. The company did an amazing job with the roof. My wife and I were buying this house and the inspection showed some damage, and the sellers enlisted their insurance company and Presidio did all the work and it’s top-notch. They were fast, too - in a day they stripped off the old shingles and installed the new and then they picked up everything. With the exception of a new roof, you’d never know they were on site - no trash or debris and most importantly, no roofing nails in the lawn or shrubs/flowerbeds (seriously - the last company that did a roof for a home last year - another company - left dozens of roofing nails and we paid a neighborhood kid to find them after I stepped on a few!).Presidio offered the highest level of service and the highest quality work, and I only wish I knew of them last year when our old house needed a roof.Call Presidio if you need a roof or work to be done - you’ll be glad you did.

Presidio Roofing repaired a small leak in my roof. The Foreman was very rigorous in finding the exact cause and location of the leak and in fixing it. It has rained twice since his repair and it appears he did indeed fix it. He was very good about keeping his appointments both for the inspection and the repair. I really appreciate the great service for such a small job.

I am so thankful to Presidio Roofing! During a very heavy rainstorm on Tuesday evening my ceiling started leaking from one of the HVAC vents. I called Presidio the next morning and initially they said they would get someone out Friday morning. I was of course concerned because more rain was forecast, They called back a little while later and said they would be able to get someone out Thursday morning.When the technician arrived that morning, he first checked out the interior of the house and the attic and then the roof. In less than an hour he found the issue. He explained what was causing the leak and was able to fix the problem right away! He took before and after pictures to show me exactly where the leak was coming from and what he had done to fix it. I was VERY pleased with both their rapid response and repair.
